What is Fascia Rebalanced?

Fascia Rebalanced is a private, appointment-based practice in Phoenix, AZ run by Trent McDonald, a movement specialist and bodyworker. Every session pairs manual bodywork with movement assessment and retraining, delivered by one practitioner from start to finish.

Where are you located and what are your hours?

3040 E. Cactus Road, Suite 1, Phoenix, AZ 85032. Sessions are held Thursday through Saturday, by appointment only.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. All sessions are scheduled in advance.

What techniques and modalities do you use?

Fascia Stretch Therapy, FDM, craniosacral, IASTM, MovNat, SFMA, Original Strength, Pilates, ELDOA, SOMATraining, Functional Range, and more.

Who do you typically work with?

Clients rebuilding after injury or surgery, people managing chronic pain that hasn't responded to other treatment, athletes managing overuse or recovering between seasons, and anyone who wants to move better and stay ahead of the issues that slow most people down as they age.

Bodywork

Why does my pain keep coming back after massage or adjustments?

Often the restriction lives in the fascial layer, which can hold a tension pattern independent of the muscle around it. Until that layer is addressed, relief tends to be temporary.

What happens in a bodywork session?

Assessment first, every time. Then the manual work is matched to what the assessment finds rather than a fixed routine.

Do I need a referral for bodywork?

No. Many clients come on their own; others are sent by their chiropractor or physical therapist. Either way, sessions start with the same assessment.

Private Pilates

Is private Pilates better than a group class?

If your body has a history, yes. Group classes serve the average body; private sessions are built around yours, which is what makes them safe and productive for rehab, pain, and performance goals alike.

Do I need Pilates experience?

No. Every session starts from an assessment of how you move, so the work meets you exactly where you are.

What if I also have pain or restriction?

Soft tissue and fascial work can be folded into the same session. That combination under one roof is the core of how this practice works.
